You certainly lived up to the promises on your website about not using hard sell tactics and about getting down to the child's level to put them at ease: we were able to choose a flexible and value-for-money package and the only trouble we had was narrowing down our choice from the dozens of excellent shots you took. It was particularly noticeable how you made Tom, who can be quite a shy boy, 'come alive' during the shoot.

What your promotional material didn't say - and I would encourage you to make more of these points in your advertising - was that you have a particularly artistic eye which produces more interesting picture compositions than your competitors. Also that you go about your work, including the viewings and final picture selections, with great patience. Having appreciated all these qualities we would certainly use you again; and would recommend others to do the same.
